The referral program ("Program") is offered by Optimal Sports Inc. ("Optimal") to encourage users to refer new subscribers to our mobile app. By participating in the Program, you agree to these terms and conditions.
• Participants must be 18 years or older and reside in the United States of America.
• Referrals must be made through the referral system within the app.
• Referrers must have an active account in good standing.
Referrers will earn a reward of one (1) free item from our Shopify store when:
1. The referred user subscribes to Optimal+ through the unique referral link provided.
2. The referred user maintains their subscription without refund or cancellation for a minimum of 30 consecutive days.
3. The reward can only be claimed after the 30-day period is complete and eligibility is confirmed.
• The free item is limited to $50 and only includes items available in our Shopify store.
• Shipping costs for the free item may apply depending on the participant's location.
• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
• Self-referrals are not allowed and will disqualify both the referrer and the referred account.
• Duplicate, fake, or fraudulent accounts and referrals are prohibited.
• If a referred user requests a refund or cancels their subscription during the 30-day period, the referral will not qualify for the reward.
• Optimal reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
• Optimal reserves the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to disqualify participants for any activity that violates these terms.
• Decisions made by Optimal regarding referrals and rewards are final.
• Optimal is not responsible for delays, failures, or any other issues outside of its control, including but not limited to technical difficulties, network failures, apparel issues, or changes in Shopify store availability.
