Giants vs Mets predictions
As the San Francisco Giants take on the New York Mets, I'm expecting a big game from some of their key players. Matt Chapman is due for a breakout performance, and I think he'll come through with a couple of RBIs and a home run. Thairo Estrada has been consistent all season, and I see him getting a couple of hits and scoring a run. Meanwhile, LaMonte Wade Jr. is on a tear, and I think he'll continue his hot streak with a multi-hit game.
On the Mets' side, Pete Alonso is always a threat, and I think he'll come through with a big home run in this one. Starling Marte is another player who's been producing lately, and I see him getting a couple of hits and swiping a base. Francisco Lindor is due for a big game, and I think he'll come through with a few RBIs and a couple of hits. J.D. Martinez has been quiet lately, but I think he'll break out of his slump with a big game.
Overall, I think this is going to be a high-scoring affair, with both teams putting up some big numbers. But in the end, I think the Mets' offense will be too much for the Giants to handle. With Alonso and Lindor leading the charge, I think the Mets will come out on top in this one, winning 7-5.
